Originally from Paris, the owners of Lisbon’s newest (and only) bistrot, decided to leave it all in France and head to Portugal. An intriguing yet successful story, the owners recruited their Chef through – of all places – Facebook. Having previously owned his own butcher shop, he too decided to close it down and embrace this new project. They found a place in Chiado, got to work, and opened La Parisienne. They complemented their prime location in the trendy neighbourhood with some delicious food, courtesy of their new-found Chef. In a very laidback environment, the menu changes almost weekly and you never know what to expect – except that you’ll leave satisfied.
