Taking its name from the ancient Greek term meaning ‘beginning’ or ‘origin’, this vibrant venue offers a sumptuous twist on vegetarian and vegan cuisine. In 2025, Arkhe was awarded its first Michelin star, a testament to its innovative approach and exceptional quality. Leading the kitchen is Chef João Ricardo Alves the brazilian born Chef who spearheaded the concept of this new space, dedicated to plant-based cooking. Assisting him is Alejandro Chávarro, acting as both sommelier and front-of-house manager. There are three tasting menus of three, five or seven-course at lunchtime, while dinner offers two tasting menu options – all of which are created using a combination of seasonal ingredients, plenteous of flavours, and impressive culinary craftsmanship.
