Located near Terreiro do Paço, Chef Olivier da Costa’s newest restaurant has recently opened its doors. ÀCosta is a seafood restaurant in Lisbon, offering a concept that emphasises the flavours of the sea and the exceptional quality of Portuguese ingredients. Olivier’s new project pays tribute to Portuguese tradition by merging both the contemporary and the classic in a unique blend. Set at Doca da Marinha, with breathtaking views over the Tagus River, ÀCosta features a menu rich in fish and seafood, paired with a prime location in Lisbon. The chefpreneur mentions he was inspired by both the location and his family’s recipes, where the highlight goes to the Red Prawns ÀCosta, Grilled Razor Clams with garlic and herb butter, ÀCosta Codfish, the Lobster Rice, and Shrimp Açorda. The menu also offers delicious meat options like the Sirloin Pica-Pau and the ÀCosta Steak. Finally, you can’t miss Aunt Matilde’s Chocolate Mousse, the Ovar’s Sponge Cake, or the Portuguese classic Doce da Casa, made with Greek yoghurt ice cream, biscuits, and egg custard.
