Vampire Weekend confirms a show in their own name at the Lisbon Coliseum, November 26th. The band will embark on their most ambitious world tour, which is intended to present their fourth original album, Father Of The Bride.
One of the fastest indie rock bands to see worldwide success is considered by many to be a classic love affair on the first album. In 2008 they broke the tops of the most important radio stations in the world, with the debut album of the same name. Themes such as A-Punk, Cape Cod Kwassa Kwassa, Mansard Roof and Oxford Comma were in the mouth of the world and gave the band a very strong legion of fans.
Following the proven success of the group's first three albums, Vampire Weekend (2008), Contra (2010), and Modern Vampires of the City (2013), the New York trio left the appetite for much more. Ezra Koenig has already presented the new studio work, which quickly took over the major world radio stations.
