Valentine's Day is on a Sunday this year, but that doesn't mean you shouldn't go out and celebrate anyway! Especially with a menu this wonderful - Executive Chef Pascal Meynard has prepared a truly memorable menu for all the Valentines out there, guaranteeing a fantastic dinner with your better half. The menu includes sea scallops and obsiblue prawn, matured Irish beef tenderloin - cooked "à la ficelle"! - and, for the most gluttonous guests, a deliciously sweet meringue spiral.
