Rock in Rio Lisboa – week I

With more than 30 years of history, Rock in Rio is one of the world’s largest music and entertainment events. Born in Brazil in 1985, there have been 16 editions: Six in Rio de Janeiro (1985, 1991, 2001, 2011, 2013 and 2015), six in Portugal (2004, 2006, 2008, 2010, 2012, 2014 and 2016), three in Madrid (2008, 2010 and 2012) and one edition in the Las Vegas (2015). Now the event is returning to Lisbon for another edition in June 2018.

This year’s line-up is better than ever, with some of the world’s biggest super-stars taking the stage; Muse, Bastille, Bruno Mars, Demi Lovato, The Killers, The Chemical Brothers, Katy Perry,being among the big names that will be thrilling the crowds at this year’s Rock In Rio Lisboa.
