Custard Tarts Workshop – TimeOut Academy

Who doesn't love the infamous Portuguese Custard Tarts? Everyone who comes to Lisbon must try one (per day of course!)

Now, TimeOut Academy located at TimeOut market offers workshops to teach how to bake these Portuguese's deliciousnesses. Participants will not only learn how to bake it but will also discover the history behind this wonderful creation, master how to make its smooth cream and burned top, to perfect the contrasts and flavours of this iconic Portuguese tart. In the end, participants will have the best of it: taste it, savouring it straight from the oven and sprinkled with cinnamon and icing sugar.... tempting right?
