As the winter is out there and the cold days seem to last longer, TimeOut Academy included in its workshops' agenda a classic of the Portuguese cuisine: Cozido, from Trás-os-Montes in Portugal’s north-east. Cozido is a type of a bean stew made from cabbage, carrots to the fine cured sausages. To guide participants in this workshop will be Rodrigo Meneses, a lover of traditional Portuguese cuisine. At this workshop, he teaches how to cook iconic dishes redolent of the country’s history.
