Eric Kayser has challenged some of the best Chefs in town to create unique sandwiches, for their clients' delight. This month, Eric Kayser has invited Chef Pascal Meynard, from Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon, to create a signature sandwich. We start with house Kayser's big specialty, the bread; green tea and orange confit, that grants it its greenish tone. On the inside, curcuma, ginger and celery sauce, layered with salmon marinated in yuzu and lime, and ends with delicate slices of sautéed portobello mushrooms. From March 10th until June, you can taste Chef Pascal's sandwich at the Chiado and Amoreiras Eric Kayser stores, for 5,95€.
