Weekends in Lisbon are even more special with the Weekend Brunch at Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon. A welcome drink awaits guests upon arrival, and adults and children will delight in a sumptuous buffet at Varanda Restaurant, specially prepared by Executive Chef Pascal Meynard and his team.

From breakfast all-time favourites to international cuisine

The buffet features breakfast favourites such as scrambled eggs, bacon and the delicious Ritz eggs Benedict, as well as a variety of crepes and waffles. There is also an international cuisine live cooking station with a different theme each week and selections such as dim sum, gyozas, pasta, Mexican handmade corn quesadillas and assorted handcrafted salsas, among others. The seafood, ceviche and sushi station is always present at the buffet, as well as a farmer’s market salad station, an assortment of bread, artisanal national and international cheeses, charcuterie and a variety of jams, honey, muesli and homemade yoghurts. During Summer on the terrace, there is a barbecue station and a pizza oven. For kids, there are mini-pizzas, mini-hamburgers and steak sandwiches.

Dessert lovers will be satiated by the mille-feuille (a special Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon recipe), and Pastry Chef Fabian Nguyen’s chocolate cakes, pastry specialities, homemade ice cream and truffles are also bound to please.

But food is not the only thing families need to make this a special Sunday, and the Hotel has it covered. To keep the young ones entertained throughout the brunch, the Hotel has created a supervised Children’s Ritzlandia, where children aged 4 to 12 can go to play while their parents enjoy their day calmly.

The Children's Ritzlandia offers all kinds of adventures such as treasure hunts throughout the Hotel, arts and crafts, face painting, a ball pool, video game consoles, bouncy castles, Zumba classes and lots and lots of balloons. All these activities will keep the little ones busy and allow parents a few uninterrupted hours to savour the brunch.

For gastronomic enthusiasts, tours of the Hotel’s fantastic kitchen can be arranged for both kids and grown-ups, with Executive Chef Pascal Meynard himself leading the tour - an exclusive experience that will surely make for some unique memories.
