Rumored to have been named after Portuguese poet Raimundo António de Bulhão Pato, the Amêijoas à Bulhão Pato are one of the most delicious and unavoidable dishes in Portuguese cuisine.
Originated in the Estremadura region, it's a local favourite and a dish you'll find in any "cervejaria" worthy of its name. The dish is composed of clams, olive oil, garlic, coriander, salt, pepper and lemon.
